Practical, honest, and effective therapy in a supportive space
We understand that life does not always fit neatly into a 9–5 schedule. We are not a “sit in a beige office and pretend everything is fine” kind of practice. If you need appointments outside of traditional office hours, reach out. We offer a variety of scheduling options and will do our best to find something that actually works for your real life.

Therapy should be honest, useful, and respectful of who you actually are.
Delis Counseling Group provides outpatient mental health counseling for adolescents and adults who are tired of feeling judged, misunderstood, or like they are supposed to have everything figured out already.
People come to therapy with different identities, beliefs, backgrounds, relationships, and life experiences. You do not have to fit a certain mold to belong here. This is a space where you can talk openly without being told how you are supposed to live your life.
We work with anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, relationship issues, trauma, identity questions, and major life transitions. Therapy here is direct, practical, and focused on helping you handle real life in a way that actually works for you. The goal is not perfection — the goal is understanding, growth, and learning how to function in a way that feels more manageable. Our approach is grounded in evidence-based mental health care while still recognizing that every person’s life, experiences, and needs are different.
Sessions are available in person and through secure telehealth. Wisconsin Medicaid and private pay are accepted, with additional insurance plans currently in progress.
Existing clients may access the secure client portal to complete paperwork, request appointments, and send messages.
*A Message from Candace*
When I created Delis Counseling Group, I wanted it to be more than just another therapy office. My goal was to build a space that feels human, welcoming, and connected to the community around it.
My mission includes supporting new therapists as they enter the field and helping create opportunities for clinicians to grow in a healthy, supportive environment. I also believe strongly in giving back to the community that has supported me over the years and increasing access to realistic, evidence-based mental health care in our area.
This work matters deeply to me because I have personally experienced how difficult it can be to find accessible, compassionate mental health care when you truly need it. I know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed, lost, unsure where to turn, and discouraged by systems that can make asking for help even harder. Those experiences shaped the way I approach therapy and the kind of practice I wanted to create.
I wanted to build something meaningful — something that the younger version of me would be proud of. I know what it feels like to need support, direction, and people who genuinely care. Creating a practice that helps people feel seen, respected, and supported matters to me on a very personal level, and I want the work I do to reflect that.
I also want this practice to be an example for little girls and young women who dream big, especially the ones who feel different, uncertain, or underestimated. You do not have to fit into a perfect mold to build something meaningful. I hope this space reflects the idea that you can be compassionate, ambitious, authentic, imperfect, and still create something that positively impacts other people’s lives.
As Delis Counseling Group continues to grow, my long-term vision is to develop a wellness collective that brings together additional services and providers who support whole-body wellness and overall quality of life. Mental health does not exist separately from the rest of a person’s life, and I want this space to reflect that.
